• This blend, named after my place of birth in Ireland, was crafted originally as an espresso blend. However we have grown to like it also as a ground coffee for other applications. This mid to dark roast coffee combines beautifully with milk or can be enjoyed simply as an espresso. Characteristics - cinder toffee, chocolate, dark caramel. Strength - 4
  • This blend was inspired by many fantastic family holidays in a beautiful Gite in France called Rieffeland. This light roast coffee is great for that special occasion.  This unique artisan style coffee, is buttery and smooth to taste. Characteristics - toffee, nutty, citrus. Strength - 3
  • This blend, named after the beautiful Buckinghamshire village made famous for its pancake races. It also happens to be the birthplace of Rebecca (my wife). This coffee has been created predominantly for home brew, filter and cafetiere style service. This mid roast coffee has a syrupy sweetness finish, making it a fantastic all-day drinking coffee. Characteristics - milk chocolate, peanut brittle. Strength - 3
  • This blend was named as a dedication to all great fathers out there. This mid to dark roast coffee works fantastically as whole bean or filter.  Full of flavour and smooth on the palate. Characteristics - rich cocoa, citrus fruit. Strength - 5
  • This 100% Arabica coffee does exactly as it says on the bag. This dark roast is low on caffeine but full of flavour. Characteristics - malt biscuits, molasses, dark chocolate. Strength - 5
  • This blend was created for an ever-increasing market of Organic Coffee. Also holding Fairtrade certification this coffee works equally well for ground applications as it does whole bean.
